Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for its Quick Commerce Pantry Fulfilment Center operations. The role involves planning and executing the launch of the FC, ramping up processing capacity, and managing end-to-end daily operations including inbound, outbound, and ICQA activities for a 3P-operated facility.
The Team Lead will be responsible for meeting customer-facing metrics, maintaining cost targets, ensuring safety, quality, and morale of the workforce, and monitoring site health through audits such as 4M, 5S, and inventory checks. Candidates must be graduates with 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing, and should possess strong execution and people management skills.
